Delete your account

How to delete your account in the Nothex System, what is removed right away and what the company keeps by law.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the app and sign in. At nothex.net/app or in the Nothex app on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings › My account. Technicians: Profile › Account.
  3. Tap "Delete account". Read what is removed and what is kept, check the box and confirm. You are signed out right away.

If you have a shift open, close it first: the hours of the day cannot be left half done.

Can't open the app?

Send us an email from the address you use to sign in. We confirm it is you, delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Email the request

Or write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account", your name, the company you work for and the email you sign in with. You can also ask your company's administrator.

What happens

Removed right away

  • Name and email address
  • Phone number, address and emergency contact
  • Driver's license number
  • Profile photo
  • Sign-in (password and Google)
  • Live location and notification devices

Kept by the company, without your name

  • Hours and shifts
  • Job photos, with their location and time
  • Payroll and payments
  • Documents the law requires the company to keep

The company must keep work records by law — for example, U.S. payroll records for at least 3 years and employment tax records for at least 4 years. After the deletion they show "Deleted person" instead of your name. Backups rotate automatically and may hold deleted information for a short time.

Deleting the account does not cancel pay you are owed: the company still pays your final wages. To use the app again later, the company needs to send you a new invitation.
