Terms of Service

The terms for using the Nothex System and the website nothex.net, provided by Nothex LLC.

Effective date: October 6, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Nothex LLC ("Nothex", "we", "us") for the use of the website nothex.net and the Nothex System, a management system for field service companies available at nothex.net/app (together, the "service"). By creating an account, signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you agree on behalf of that company.

2. The service

The Nothex System helps field service companies manage their team, shifts, jobs with photos, quality review, clients, invoices and payroll. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

• A company account is created by an administrator, who invites the company's people and decides what each one can see and do.
• You must give accurate information and keep your password and sign-in methods safe. Tell us right away if you think your account was used without permission.
• The company is responsible for the activity in its account and for having the right to the information it puts into the service, including the information of its people and clients.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or the rights of others while using the service;
• try to access accounts or information you were not given access to;
• disrupt, overload or attack the service, or try to get around its security;
• upload malicious code, or content you do not have the right to share;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

5. Your information

The company keeps ownership of the information it and its people put into the service. The company allows us to store, process and display that information only to provide and protect the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

If your company uses a paid plan, the price and payment terms are those agreed with Nothex. Taxes, if any, are the company's responsibility.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. Some features depend on third parties, such as Google, Supabase and Cloudflare.

8. Ending the service

A company may stop using the service and close its account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk; when reasonable, we will tell you first. After an account is closed, its information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, Nothex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The company remains responsible for checking its own records, such as hours, payroll and invoices, before relying on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nothex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothex's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount the company paid Nothex for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New Jersey, where Nothex LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update them on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will also let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
